Male 25 yrs old, 86kg (obese for my height). Im walking 15k a day, lifting weights for an hour a day, I eat around 1500-2000 but sometimes lesser. The recommended deficit is around 300-500 but I exceeded that, is it still healthy? Is my body using my fat as energy?
