Worried about visible veins in the neck that seems like they just appeared. I had a heat spell back a couple months ago and every since then burning and aching pain , stomach issues, itchy skin, and more visible veins. Inflammation maybe?? Just wondering if this is normal. NSFW

Any doctor wanna explain my labs? Got multiple done but no explanation and told it could take months to be seen again. Problems after heat exhaustion, started a week after ( body pain, itchy skin, new veins appearing, GI issues) just desperate for some sort of answer. NSFW
