Tires for 2018 Honda Crv ex l... The door says 235/60/18 103H. When shopping for tires I keep running across recommendations for tires that are 107V. ??? Also, the suggestions keep saying XL, but shouldn't it be just standard??? Thank you

WHY do people like Defender 2? they have more wear and less traction?? I am also wondering about PIRELLI SCORPION AS PLUS 3, and Continental TrueContact Tour 25? Is continental a pain to replace/repair tire? Is Discount tire best for buying? They add on $88 for charges.
