Hey guys, im 26M, 63kgs, height 5.7, working out since 2years but looking skinny. I know that im getting my excercises right but missing out on my diet. (Consuming 2 eggs, 1 scoop of whey protein and rest whatever is prepared in house as of now) Please do recommend a good diet for bulking.
