What are some of the ways that wild animals make use of the infrastructure created by humans? Are there any animals that have successfully adapted to a more urbanized way of life by utilizing our infrastructure? For example, roads, bridges, buildings, waterways, transportation, sewers, etc.

Bicycling is promoted as having less environmental impact than driving an automobile, however it requires increased calorie consumption. Does the increased agricultural production needed to supply those calories increase the environmental impact of bicycling in any meaningful way?
