[WP] You can't control time, but you can control your perception of it. Only your brain is affected. There are consequences. For example, slowing time means your body will try to pump blood at the a normal rate, which could lead to your heart pumping too many times per second, and exploding.

[WP] The judicial system has been replaced by a big wheel. Spin the wheel at your trial to get a random punishment. A third of the spaces are Not Guilty, and the rest are any imaginable punishment. This happens for every single felony/criminal trial.

[WP] A scientist comes up with a theory called the Universal Time Paradox Law. The law states that if you time travel to a time that you were alive in, one of you is guaranteed to die. The scientist was killed by a falling tree the next day, but was later found back in his lab.

[WP] Mimes are actually magicians that turn things invisible. People think they're just really good at acting, but whatever they're pretending to do is actually real. One mime goes rogue and uses his powers for evil, breaking the mime code.
