Often in Live Arena I find myself against teams that are just four extremely tanky champions with team-wide healing/revive abilities and I just can't kill them all. Is it worth giving a damage dealer a destroy set or something to whittle them down?

I've got a solid Clan Boss team, I can do okay on Hydra, and I can farm all basic dungeons at stage 20. The next area I want to focus on is building a serious Arena team. I would appreciate some guidance on which champions I should focus on as my damage dealers
