How does the “Sportmania” program work ? Like do we have to go to ground around 6am and start playing the sport we are interested in ?

I’ll be allotted hostel Tommorrow (3rd August). Can I go stay at my relatives with my parents after I am done with allotment process and then move in hostel again next day ? (4th August)
