[WP] Every evening from 7PM to 11PM, a pristine 1965 Ford Mustang with tinted windows parks in a no-parking zone in the rough part of town. It never gets ticketed, stolen, or vandalized. Locals have theories as to whose it is and what it's doing there, but no real answers.
