It's so upsetting when a GC sibling tells you "not all people who were traumatized get CPTSD".....when the things that happened to you, didn't happen to them! Grrrrrrr.

Does anyone else's CPTSD manifest as..... wanting to Cry, feelings of abandonment and Shame..... when someone You're asking for HELP from .... is impatient, abrupt , distracted, aloof, or some other indication of Annoyance with your presence?
