Hello I am going on lamictal I heard about SJS and I saw that the risk for it stays after 8 weeks but it’s lower is this true ?

I know that starting lamictal there’s a 0.04% chance of SJS and after maintenance it’s lower, does anyone know the risk after 8 weeks is
