[WP] Time travel is now a reality. Though interacting physically with the past is impossible, people can go back in time and spectate history in person. This new technology leads to some unintended consequences, however.

[WP]God decides to implement a new idea. A new law of physics which is similar to the "rebound" anti-team-kill method seen in FPS games. If a person tries to kill another human being, then that person will effectively kill themselves instead.
