Why do I have high blood pressure (above 150 systolic) and my buddy has a healthy blood pressure (lower than 120 systolic) if we both basically have the same crappy diet (he drinks way more than I do too).

Me and a buddy have different blood pressures. Mine is basically stage 2 hypertension and his is under 120 systolic. We both have the same diets and he even drinks more alcohol than I do. Why is that?
