3 White lines on the top of my monitor's screen. I left a game on for 2 hours in pause menu and when I came back these 3 lines popped up at the top. I'm worried that my GPU is the problem, but idk. My gpu was left on about 75C the whole time while the game was on.

3 White lines ontop of monitor screen. I left a game in the pause menu for 2 hours and came back to these 3 lines at the top. My gpu was at 75C the whole time the game was on. I'm worried it's my GPU, but I hope it's my monitor (less expensive)
