27 tasks done in the last month and i've had four people who failed to pay and one person who falsely accused me of only working one hour when I worked 5.5. Is this normal? Ive maintained a 5 star rating so far.

Client said I only worked 1.5 hours when I worked 5.75 hours w/ disassemble, transport & reassemble. I messaged arrival when I began task & a summary & invoice after completion in app in case this would happen including a before & after pic. Tr paid after I sent photos but they are reaching out agn?

Anybody else having issues getting into the app today? First it took forever to load. I then updated the app from googleplay and now it's just a blank white page.
