Day 8 Begins. My sleep is so sweet again. I used to be so drunk and or stoned in my sleep that even in my dreams I was drunk and stoned and had no idea where I was and what was going on. It’s good to have normal sleep again.

On Day 7. Haven’t done this since 2022 when I managed a 40 or so Day run from late October to early December. I’m done for good, and it’s SO GOOD. 😊
