[EU] Dumb Person appears out of nowhere and seems to be confused. While trying to communicate with locale people by using sign language, earth begins to shake, wind starts blowing, nearby pond forms waves and objects catch fire. Then one of the locals starts screaming: "Go and get the Avatar!"
