Can Someone tell me what this stat in the debug menu calculates? Does it count weapons soldiers are holding, or is there secret extra weapons in the city storage like an arrow count?

Could we get a slight change in the way flowers are dropped? So when the first time they pixel drops a flower while using the 1 pixel brush, a seed will grow, rather than taking multiple attempts. This will allow more specific detailing to be done using specifically this brush size.
