is there any way to have your feces diverted out of a tube (from surgury) so it doesnt go out of your anus and instead goes out of a seprate tube? i know its a dumb idea, but asking for a friend

If a mosquito bites a human with a blood-to-blood transmitted disease such as HIV or AIDS, then bites another person, would that infection get passed to a healthy person who gets bit?
