In HBP Dumbledore assumes harry can apprarate himself to the cave, to which Harry responds he isn’t of age yet. Then Dumbledore says “no problem I can assist you again”. How would Harry have even apparated himself to the rock in the ocean by the cave if he had never even been there before?
