My hair has been falling out for roughly 12 months now . I have had 2 lots of blood tests , all is normal. Doctor says it's peri menopausal. I finished menopause 4 years ago. I started applying minoxidel foam a month ago applying nightly. And 3 weeks ago I started spironolactone 2 tablets a day.
