Waiting for my claim, ACE exam of medical records. Why is it that they scheduled it 2 weeks away, and have a time and day to just look at records? How is this not something they can do at earliest convenience? Claim is flagged for hardship, and really banking on this to lift a weight off my chest.

Anyone know how long a medical review only takes? First time having this… My claim is also expedited, so i’m relying on these guys, so my claim can go to rating.
