[WP] Everyone in the world is permanently intoxicated. Alcohol has the opposite effect (it make you "sober", and has possitive health effects on you liver, brain function, etc.) but it's just as much frowned upon. You are giving a TED talk on the benefits of alcohol. What do you say?
