What is the process of switching from BSIT to BSSE or BSCS? When can the process be done? What are the gpa requirements? Is it confirmed that if we meet the requirements we can switch?

Is there any chance the merit is actually lower than contentambassador's list as the people who didn't get good marks in the AU test will now be changing their preferences to evening or the lower merit programs? It seems like a possibility tbh.
