Reich propaganda personnel filming in front of the cockpit of a Heinkel "He-177". Under the cab the emblem of the "KG 50" is clearly visible: A white "worm" on a black shield. First formed late 1942. Emblem seen on several He-177s on the Eastern Front. Possibly only used during 1943.

12 March 1943. APCs of No 11 Company in Kharkov. SS-Corporal ‘Pieke’ Bliesener nicknamed his APC ‘Strolch’ (scallywag): behind him comes the APC of SS-Corporal Karl Kempfe. This vehicle came under fire shortly after the photo was taken and Kempfe was killed.

Tiger II turret number 332 of 501st SS Schwere Panzer Abteilung. This vehicle was recovered near La Gleize on the 26/12/1944 by the US 463rd Ordnance Evacuation Company and eventually transported to the Aberdeen Proving Grounds. It is now in the U.S. Army Armor & Cavalry Collection
