I'm about level 32, and the Wombles are turning (or returning into) deathclaws and the famished are turning into radscorpians; is this happening to anyone else consistently, don't care enough to fix it but wanted it to be noted if it's happening to others.

Playing catch up on a new character, was going to cheat in the gunslinger perks as a head start, noticed two sets of gunslinger perks.

Game crashes if I go to North Side of the map (cross any of the bridges), it is not every time nor instant (sometimes I can make it to a building or two) but the stability up there is significantly and debilitatingly worse (Below is Crash Log from Buffout)
