So Spiral galaxies have arms. Some outer stars in these arms might take 300 million years to orbit the center, while inner stars take 100. Therefore "arms" shouldn't exist, right? They would stop looking like arms very soon because all of its stars orbit the the center at different speeds?

There are many "free speech indexes" or articles stating which countries have "the most free speech". Aren't there countries where you can say anything without punishment? And wouldn't they have the same free speech score?
