Ball State has arguably one of the worst schedules ever this season - a Week 1 Bye, they play just 5 home games this year, they play 5 road games in the span of 6 weeks (Weeks 3-8), and their 2nd Bye Week isn't a true Bye.

An excellent reminder for people who think that legalized, regulated gambling is ruining sports: illegal and unregulated gambling is so much worse. A 1996 SI article: "Dark Days at BC - a betting scandal triggered by players who bet against their own team brought new shame to Boston College."
