Is Oz's hood connected to her cape? I'm doing 3D chibi model of Oz with Blender but when I look at the reference pictures, sometimes the hood is connected to her cape and sometimes it's clearly behind her back. Did they change her design at some point or is Nexon inconsistent with her design?
