I am getting incredibly frustrated about the cycle of "Bugged weapon becomes meta because of its bug", to then be followed by people crying "nerf" when the inevitable bugfix happens

"Only buff, no nerf": HOW would you buff weapons like the Defender SMG to be on-par with the Incendiary Breaker?
