Had a cookout today - Brisket, Sausages, Hotdogs and sides and stuff. The hotdogs (Nathan's all-beef in split-top buns) were the ONLY food that was eaten all of. ... Just sayin'...

What would happen if I put like 1/2 a chimney of charcoal in a Weber Kettle SnS and then just laid actual large splits of wood on top the coals?
