[WP] There are many habitable planets with life in the galaxy. There are also planets known as grave worlds; planets that once contained life, but were destroyed by the civilisations living on them. Earth is the only known grave world that is home, not just to life, but a space-faring civilisation.

[WP] Everyone gets access to leaderboards showing how well they perform in different skills compared to the rest of humanity. You are average in most skills, with almost no outliers until you notice a category you lead: "Truly original ideas", which you lead with a score of one.

[WP] You are a superhero and you never bothered with hiding your secret identity. For reasons you have yet to figure out, no-one believes that your "secret" identity would be so easily uncovered.

[WP] It turns out that social structures on Earth are a lot more advanced than anywhere else in the galaxy. In comparison to alien social structures humanity is basically a eusocial hive and they are fascinated by us in the same way humans are fascinated by ants or bees.

[WP] As humanity advanced, we found no evidence of other intelligent life in the galaxy and we were convinced that we are alone. Until we finally traveled to other stars that is. It turns out Earth, among other planets, remained purposefully uncontacted, as to not disturb our natural development.
