If all human life on earth ended tomorrow, causing the complete and permanent extinction of human beings, and assuming no other species began replicating our technology, how long would it take for any detectable (by today’s standards) evidence of humanity to completely disappear?

Is it possible, from a far away enough distance, that from the point of view of an observer, the entire formation and future collapse of our universe would appear as a couple of seconds in their time? The way we see a match flicker and then go out.
