Does anyone have a collection of finger exercises that encompass all main techniques?

I seem to lack independent movement between my ring finger and pinky. If I play a three note sequence ascending strings using my pinky, ring, and middle, I cannot swap the position of the ring and middle without lifting my pinky. Is this common and how do I fix it????
