It's me again! Now the filament (PETG) It's getting stuck in the tube just in the conection w the hotter, also smell sweet like candy

My extrudor are breaking my filament (PLA/PET-G). I looking for some tips to avoid this problem, sometimes the filament gets crushed by the gears, its like a coin flip, in a 35hrs printing it might be broken in the last 2 hrs or in a 12 hrs all good, i usualy print minis for WH40k or D&D minis.
