I can't tell if it's rejecting or just an irritation bump that won't go away

Is my piercing rejecting it's pierced with a hypoallergenic metal L bar about a month and a half ago I've been cleaning it with a saline solution as directed it itches and burns and is starting lean over the piercing it doesn't look like an irritation bump but maybe I'm wrong
