Light has waves, and certain types of matter do not interact with certain wavelengths -for instance, glass is transparent. Since gravity has waves, are there types of matter that would not interact with certain gravitational frequencies?

Let's say I have a box full of entangled electrons. Now, this box can have a range of energies due to entropy, since the electrons can all exist in one state or can exist evenly between two. Can I therefore "send" energy by determining the contents of the box?
