Glimmers - are the opposite of triggers. Glimmers are a sign of hope. Once you begin to look for them, they will start to appear everywhere. If triggers make the approach-avoidance conflict worse in stuttering. Then glimmers improve (such motivation-conflict). Find glimmers to improve this conflict
