Acc to us Imams have Ilim-e-ghaib. Then why at karbala imam hussain Lifted Hazrat Ali asgar in air and asked for Water if he knew he would get martyered

In sunni islam there are certain animals which are allowed/encouraged to be killed eg Lizards , rats etc. Do we have any such ruling?
