All my fish are dying i did a 50% water change 2 hours to try and get nitrites down but no luck as i stated in my last post i had a spike for an unknown reason i have done this for 5 years and I’ve never had this issue what should i do?

Will the fluval 407 give enough flow rate for 250 litre tank?

Noticed nitrite spike today reading is at 8.0ppm the tank has been cycled for 5 months its a 65 gallon with 20 neon tetras, 6 guppies, 4 corys and 4 blue german rams i would appreciate if someone could help to find whats caused this and what i could do.
