My SO has been struggling since my diagnosis, coming to the realisation that I will be like this forever. Pre diagnosis she thought I would eventually grow out of the way I have always been.

How have you accepted you have ADHD, what was the point when you did & be able to move on? Is it just me or was it easier being blissfully unaware?
