Is Warmonger the only hero with proper Alternate armor variations?

You guys remember in the Warriors Den, when they discussed Sohei's execution "Face Meets Metal". They stated they originally wanted the spike to go through the face but the pole was floating and they didn't want that because it'd look weird. Why didn't they just make the pole 5 inches longer???
