Does the timing of your pressing firing button and fire rate of the weapon your using mess up muslce memory also considering that your crosshairs are on them by a split second before target moves?

Noticing alot of reloading animations in some fps games can mess up my camera and crosshair placement its ment to be by the place it is suppose tobe at when it finishes to reload but it isnt
