[WP] Rule 1 is no needless killing. Rule 2 is always put civilians as top priority. Rule 3 is to break rules 1 and 2 if the need arises. The rest of your super hero team aren't very fond of rule 3, despite the fact it has undoubtedly saved more people that rule 1 and 2
