I don't understand how Devil Jin and Kazuya have the same command input for the electric, yet with Kazuya I can pull it off 9 out of 10 times and with Devil Jin only 2 out of 10. What's going on? Is Kazuya's actually easier in practice or is Devil Jin's just harder?
