Why on Earth is the game spreading misinformation? The Mantis Claws are obviously slower than the Katana if you actually swing them, yet the game claims that the Claws are a full point faster.

When I try to download anything for Cyberpunk 2077 in Nexus (including the Vortex Extension, it gives me this message and I can't do anything. Please help.
