I had two rules from the pirate code to complete in order to get Jack Sparow's boat, and I did them, but I didn't get the boat. What is happening

IS IT NORMAL THAT: [1] people manage to inflict me damage when I'm in a protective bubble [2] that people manage to shotgun me when I'm behind them (it's has nothing to do with pings) [3] I cant block anymore the wretches who steal bots' kills, but crouch and hide when they should be helping me
