How to tie up a monstera? Am I doing it right? Too much? Not enough!

Still figuring stuff out and learning! But I potted all my plants straight into ceramic pots. All have a drain hole and saucer underneath. Should I replant everything into clear grow pots? To help with checking on their health and if I am indeed watering too little… or too much…?!
