Why aren't all athletes automatically tested before competitions? This would dispell the reasonable concerns many have about doping in the Olympics.

If male to female trans people are allowed to compete in athletics with biological women, biological women will be entirely pushed out of sports in time, especially at elite levels. No one with one ounce of honesty can deny this.
