If I fell through a hole that stretched from the very top of the world to the very bottom, would I come out head first or feet first

If I lived to be say 90, and started to have organ failure, but found a donor that could give me every organ as a perfect replacement with no chance of rejection, could I in theory live for another 80 years, and then by repeating the same formula each time become essentially immortal?
